Great Attorney, Great Friend!

I hired Mark Abzug in 2008 as my divorce attorney. My divorce was extremely complicated and Mr. Abzug was not only knowledgeable, professional and well versed but Mark became my friend. He was always available for me and took the time to get to know me. I felt right from the start that Mark ge...nuinely cared. He listened and gave me great advise along the way. In the end when my divorce was final, I truly believe that is was fair and equable and I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. Mr. Abzug handled himself with integrity and went above and beyond. Great Attorney, Great Friend!

Mark Abzug is the Best Divorce Lawyer in Broward County

I had an extremely contentious relocation case that involved a special needs child. Mark went above and beyond to ensure the welfare of myself and my son during proceedings. He was always accessible, patient and diligent. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer that is both knowle...dgeable and sincere.

Should be disbarred

Mark Abzug represent in a case in Broward County, Florida. in our first meeting, he informed that there was law and fairness, and that had fairness but not the law. It was hard to comprehend that statement as I always was of the opinion that both were merged together. However, upon arriving at court... for the initial hearing and after consulting with opposing counsel, he stated that I needed to work some overtime (this was a child support case). Next issue arose when he told me that the only document that he was able to receive for discovery was an appointment booklet (hand written entries). I told him that was unacceptable item of discovery. I was forced to terminate his services and at the hearing, he actually responded by stating that the plaintiff wasn't a flight risk (in defense of the opposition). He told me that he had received additional documents prior to his arrival at court, but did not see it necessary to pass them on to me because he was not in my employ anymore. It was ironic how these documents suddenly appeared only after he was terminated. The fiduciary responsibility to a client meant absolute nothing to this attorney.

On June 5, 2013, our law firm filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel due to irreconcilable differences. On June 20, 2013, the Court entered an Order granting said motion. Our law firm has had no contact with this former client since that time, which was 6 years ago. Although the law firm disputes the allegations contained in this review, a detailed rebuttal cannot be provided due to the Attorney/Client Privilege. Notwithstanding, the law firm welcomes the opportunity to speak with our former client to discuss his concerns.

You dont want to know, trust me..

I hired this Attorney to fight my custody battle, the disappointment came early when after my money was taken, the lack of communication was horrible. He didn't post motions on time, the problems stacked up. You cant possible work on a case when you cant be reached. Steer Clear!! Also, this attorn...ey has tried to stop my review, I can only imagine how many other reviews he disputed to hide the truth., that only further tells how you can not trust his integrity. Client BEWARE
