I will be the first to admit that I am the type of individual who will complain If I am not satisfied with the services that I receive. That said, when I do receive outstanding service, I feel that I have an obligation to let people know. I recently had the pleasure of working with attorney Jared... Basola and I have to say that although I have never been very fond of attorneys (lol), I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and the outstanding level of service that was provided to me from both Attorney Basola and his outstanding staff. Both Ava and Christopher (who were assigned to my case) are highly competent, extremely accommodating and are very happy and eager to provide assistance. Unlike most attorneys, I never felt worried about calling Attorney Basola’s office regardless of the importance or urgency, they were always happy to help. In addition to Ava and Christopher, Attorney Basola was always available to take my call if I had a question for him directly. His demeanor was always friendly, professional and he was genuinely happy to provide the information that I had requested. In addition, Jared is a truly dedicated and great attorney who negotiated an outstanding settlement that I didn’t expect. All things being said, I couldn’t have been more pleased with his guidance and the eventual outcome. Although I hope that I will never need Jared’s services again, I am happy to know that I will always have him on my side. It is without reservation that I offer him and his staff my highest recommendation.

I was amazed at the detail and customer service I received with Jared. I hear a lot of stories from other car accident victims who use different law firms, hearing numerous complaints (never could speak with their lawyer, only talks to a paralegal, never in office, etc.) With Jared, it was a complete...ly different experience. He was always available, even in the early morning hours and after work. He was always responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. He explained things to me, at our initial meeting, and took his time to make sure I knew what to expect through this process. His innovative technology was very impressive, as well. Making everything digital was an amazing feature that no other law firm provides. He truly is numerous steps ahead of the competition in both technology and customer service. And lastly, I really loved his personality. One of the funniest, yet concerned people I've ever come in contact with! What a GREAT experience turned out from a crummy start!!
