Lucas “Luke” Lanasa is the founder and managing attorney of Lanasa Law, PLLC in Key West, Florida. Admitted to practice in Florida in 2009, Luke represents property owners, landlords, businesses, contractors and organizations in civil, property and regulatory disputes throughout Key West and the Lower Florida Keys. His work includes landlord representation, code enforcement matters, partition and co-owner disputes, boundary and easement disputes, civil and contract litigation, and selected construction, permitting, development and association matters. Luke is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Solo and Small Firm Section of The Florida Bar. He began his legal career in Tallahassee and practiced in Key West as a partner at Smith Hawks from 2021 through 2025 before opening Lanasa Law in Key West in September 2025.

Prevented me from going back to prison
Prevented me from going back to prison with a drug charged. Mr Luke reviewed the case and had all charges thrown out. He's a hard worker !!!
