I am completely satisfied with Larry J. Davis and his wonderful team. After my dad passed my brothers and I were at a loss with all the legal stuff that comes during what was one of the worst times in our lives. And even worse Corona happened causing with the courts to be shut down. Larry and Cindy ...answer all our questions and were on top of every detail. They reacted immediately to every form needed by the courts; doing the best to speed up the already delayed process caused by the corona shut downs. After my dad's house was sold, Larry let me know that the title company had held money for utilities that needed to refund back to me, something the realtor and closing attorney never bother to tell me. He advised me to include a leased water heater my dad had in his house in my sellers disclosure form, which turn out to save me thousands of dollars. His counsel and help was invaluable.
