My wife and I were pleased with our decision to hire Lawrence Davis to draw up our medical and durable power of Attorney. We found him to be knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to understand. He gave us the full cost after first explaining the process and the product, and before we okayed any work. O...ur first contact was by phone when we were briefed as to what info was needed for our first visit. At the first meeting our questions were answered, our needs defined, and one third the cost paid. The product was sent to our home for proofreading and corrections (there weren't any). At the 2nd meeting every paragraph was explained and okayed by us, our questions answered, and the originals signed and witnessed. The final payment was made. I have no complaints. There were no interruptions during our meetings and there was plenty of space to be comfortable during the discussions and signing. I highly recommend Lawrence Jay Davis, Esquire.

Like many of us today, we are caring for parents that brought us into the world and cared for us when we needed them the most. Larry initially helped us by preparing a Power of Attorney and Will for our elderly mother. Following her passing, Larry filed the necessary legal documents to transfer our... parents home to us, her two sons. The filings were done quickly and as Larry clearly outlined would occur. I would never use this attorney again. We needed a healthcare surrogate and a power of attorney performed by Mr. Davis for my fiance and I. I called Mr. Davis a week earlier letting him know what documents my fiance and I needed done and what day we were coming by. Once arriving at Mr. Davis office I... again explain to him that we needed both document he then told me we will take care of these documents one at a time. We started and finish the first document, but when it came down to the second document we were told that this document need to be performed at another time. I will never use Mr. Davis again
