With over 20 years of experience as the Managing Attorney at the U.S. Immigration Law Counsel, we handle all areas of U.S. immigration matters. We cater to both corporate and individuals clients with an emphasis on employment/investment and family adjustment related matters. We are highly experienced in deportation/removal cases and in litigating such immigration cases in front of the Department of Justice. We are also highly experienced in obtaining Labor Certifications with the Department of Labor and with obtaining permanent residency through employment based adjustments in the categories of Eb2 and Eb3.
