Terin Barbas Cremer

Barbas Cremer, PLLC is a boutique employment and business law firm. The firm works with businesses across the country on issues related to human resources and client contracting. 

I help employers reconcile their business decisions while minimizing legal risk. My experience as a member of the C-Suite of a $500M+ organization with over 20,000 employees gives me a unique perspective of having sat on both sides of the negotiating table.  I use that experience to help my clients achieve the best results for their businesses when dealing with employee issues, compliance, contracting, and general legal matters.  

I am a mayoral appointee to the City of Tampa’s Civil Service Board where I serve as an administrative judge resolving City of Tampa employment disputes. I have been recognized as a Legal Elite by Florida Trend, a Thirty Under 30 FSU alum, and by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as an Up and Comer Hall of Famer, Top in House Counsel at a Private Company Finalist, and HR Person of the Year finalist.
