With over 20 years of experience as the Managing Attorney at the U.S. Immigration Law Counsel, we handle all areas of U.S. immigration matters. We cater to both corporate and individuals clients with an emphasis on employment/investment and family adjustment related matters. We are highly experienced in deportation/removal cases and in litigating such immigration cases in front of the Department of Justice. We are also highly experienced in obtaining Labor Certifications with the Department of Labor and with obtaining permanent residency through employment based adjustments in the categories of Eb2 and Eb3. Highly recommended immigration lawyer
This was my second ad-hoc consultation with Saman. She was professional and clearly explained to me how to maintain residency, the USCIS requirements for re-entry, the purpose of questioning at the border, and allayed my concerns about localization with the green card. Would highly recommend!
