About Dana
Biography
Attorney Dana M. Gallup has over thirty years of experience practicing Labor and Employment Law. He has handled cases under Title VII, the Florida Civil Rights Act (FCRA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), public and private whistleblowers acts, and numerous other federal, state and local laws governing the employment relationship. Mr. Gallup has provided legal services to both employees and business clients throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Gallup represents clients at every level of the state and federal administrative and judicial system. Mr. Gallup has also been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a civil county and circuit court mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Gallup received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. After graduating with honors from the University of Florida College of Law, he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992. He has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Gallup's professional associations include the Florida Bar Association, (including the Labor and Employment Section), the Miami-Dade and Broward County Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), and the Florida chapter of NELA (Florida NELA). Mr. Gallup has previously served as Vice President, Vice President of Programming and President for the Florida NELA. Mr. Gallup has received the highest AV Preeminent peer rating from Martindale Hubbell and has been selected as a Super Lawyer in the area of Employment Law for the years 2009, 2010 and 2013-2026.
