I had previously applied on my own and found the paperwork to be confusing and overwhelming. That attempt was declined. I then hired Callan Garcia and he was nothing but efficient and fast with my application. Himself and his team kept me updated along the process which gave me great peace of mind. C...allan himself accompanied me to my interview and all went very smooth thanks to his guidance.

I will say Mr. callan is the best lawyer i ever meet . I came to U.S on 2007 paroled(HRIFA) but dinied cuz i turned 21 yrs old . Another layer tried her best but she was not that strong . In 2010 an IJ granted me TPS( haitian TPS) . In 2014 get maried filled I-130/I-485 . Went to interview with my wi...fe they approved I130 but administatively close I 485 . I hired a lawyer she did not know what she was doing. I counsulted many other lawyers their response was not clear enough. WHEN I TALK TO MR CALLAN HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING AND EXPLAIN WHAT HE WILL DO. he told me they shouldnt close my case... but he will work on the on it. HE WROTE USCIS TOLD THEM THEY MADE A MISTAKE ,HE DID A MOTION ASK THE IJ. TO TERMINATE MINE REMOVAL PROCESSING AND HE EXPLAIN TO THE IJ. USCIS MADE A MISTAKE. The Judge terminated the R.P. Attorney Callan made a package with the notice mailed one to USCIS and one to me. In the package he notice to USCIS again they made a mistake. Mr Callan Made an infopass for me and told me go follow up. When i get to the office i talk to an officer and handed my package to her , she asked me to wait she is going to talk to a supervisor , when she get back she told me THAT MY CASE WAS NEVER CLOSE THEY WILL WRITE ME IF THEY NEED ANYTHING. AFTER 2HOURS an office called me and told me just bring a new medical he will approve my I485 .I did that within 2 months i get my green card. Thank you Mr. Callan it was very nice to have you im very satisfy with your promted service . [[CHAPO BA pou ou.] ]If someone want to have a good service call them (i dnt knw the in person they just worked for me by the way im in VA.) Forget to mention he offered me to go to USCIS OffIce with me he is in FL. i'm in VA. THANK YOU FOR BEING CARE

He's okay but never returned my calls even though I had an immigration hearing that I needed to attend. Every time I call he wasn't available and The receptionist Alicia was extremely rude and unprofessioal. Everytime I came to the office to ask to see the attorney she seemed as if she didn't want to... be there and never knew anything. She doesn't know anything about immigration and seemed unqualified to be the first person clients see or listen to when we contact the office. I will suggest you run for that office.

I had to file for DACA documentation and visited a few lawyers because I wanted to guarantee myself the best chances at getting approved. Garcia is the 3rd lawyer I visited and I can tell you he was THE best, I recommend him to anyone! He got my case rolling quickly and in a few months, I got approve...d!
