The BEST Advice

It's weird calling someone your lawyer when they feel more like your friend. Andy has a way of getting to the quick of a situation with ease and grace and turning anything into a positive if you give him the time to figure it out. I called him today with a simple matter and didn't just get an ans...wer, but a genuine and valuable explanation that will affect my decision making for a very long time. Whether I'm dealing with a complicated case or a simple issue, Andy is there for me and my family.

Attorney Andrew Smallman

I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Andrew Smallman who was hired to represent a friend. I was very impressed with his professionalism, thoroughness, and efficacy. Mr. Smallman gave my friend the advice he needed to navigate through his situation with knowledge and confidence. He made sure h...e covered all bases to enable my friend to get a positive outcome with the minimal amount of stress. He told him not to initiate an action he was thinking about pursuing because there wouldn’t be a positive outcome, which saved my friend an unnecessary expense. He was very supportive and went above and beyond when he came to meet us in court in a related case. Mr. Smallman is a down to earth person with a warm and lighthearted personality, which makes it so much easier when going through a difficult situation. I highly recommend him.

Life Saver - Fair, Honest, Compassionate!

Hire Him!

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case Mr. Smallman saved my life. My charges were punishable by 20 years in prison. The charges involved battery against law enforcement officers, and I was afraid that I would be facing the maximum sentence. Mr. Smallman explored every aspect of this case..., and ended up engaging in discussions with the prosecutors. His legal knowledge and assistance within the local legal system ended up with my avoiding a lengthy jail sentence--and indeed a probationary period that was actually very fair. Thank you Mr. Smallman. If you are looking for a professional, competent and energetic attorney, you should hire Andrew J. Smallman.
