Excellent

Gilbert & Smallman PLLC Andrew Smallman was a godsend to my family at a time when our options were slim and our grief consumed us. A previous attorney wasted valuable time we didn’t have and quoted a fee, at the time I didn’t know any better, but it was astronomical. Last insult was that the estate ...was in Florida and I live in New Orleans. I started calling other attorneys in Florida hoping for a miracle, time was crucial at this point. I spent hours on the phone talking to receptionists answering “intake” questions just for them to tell me no. The last number I had was Andrew, it was in the evening and he personally answered, He was very calm and had an extremely empathetic demeanor. He was flabbergasted over the fees the first attorney requested because his fees were a fraction of that cost. He, as well as his firm had a vast knowledge base, were prompt, professional, and considerate. Going above and beyond is an understatement!! Andrew handled situations that didn’t even pertain to the task at hand, without him this process would have been unbelievably difficult. We can never thank Andrew enough for the executive and attentive care he gave us, I highly recommend Andrew Smallman and his firm to anyone.

Beyond the best

I was referred to use Andrew Smallman to handle my husband's estate. With that referral came a more personal friend than a lawyer. He was more than an attorney. He handled more than the estate, and treated me as a family member, not a client. His word was gold to me. I trusted No one and he gave me l...ight at the end of the tunnel to see clearer after being devastated, used and taken advantage of by so many people and friends. He listened and said and did everything humanly possible to see that NO ONE screwed me over, and I got everything that was rightfully mine. I am so grateful to have known him, and had him represent my husband estate, and my personal matters. I owe him so much more than a thank you and am truly grateful for everything he did.
