Extremely Helpful

Mr. Smallman was very professional and amicable when I called him in regards to my criminal case. He assured me everything would be alright, and he'd take care of it as soon as possible. Needles to say, he did just that, and I'm very grateful to him for that.

The BEST Advice

It's weird calling someone your lawyer when they feel more like your friend. Andy has a way of getting to the quick of a situation with ease and grace and turning anything into a positive if you give him the time to figure it out. I called him today with a simple matter and didn't just get an ans...wer, but a genuine and valuable explanation that will affect my decision making for a very long time. Whether I'm dealing with a complicated case or a simple issue, Andy is there for me and my family.

Great decision to go with Smallman!

After being arrested for my first DUI, I searched for a lawyer and read some reviews on Google. I came across Andrew Smallman and decided to give him a call. Best decision for my case. Andrew was up front with me about everything and worked tirelessly through the case to protect my Class A CDL. While... he’s a professional attorney, Andrew has also retained his people skills and will throw in an occasional joke to calm the anxiety of going through this atrocious process. Hopefully Andrew will add my case to his “victory list” along with all the other cases he’s won.

Highly Recommend Andrew Smallman!

I contacted the Law Offices of Gilbert & Smallman to assist me with a traffic ticket. Andrew Smallman explained to me what he needed to do and handled it in a timely and professional manner, keeping me informed. The ticket was ultimately dismissed. Would very highly recommend them!

very professional and honest.

i never been arrested before or dealt with any situtation where i had to hire and attorney before, so i know its hard to trust anyone, specially knowing that there are alot of attorneys that only work on their best interest to collect the money and dont really care about the well being of their clien...ts , When i hired Andrew smallman i had no idea on how the courtsystem worked and i was scared , scared that i could be facing time for something i didnt do , i was a victim of police brutality facing 4 charges and 3 of them being felonies. in the begining when all of this happened i first hired and attorney in miami all he did was use scare tactics and tel me that most likely i would be facing time , he would show up late to court , not answer my phone calls etc , inside something told me that i needed another attorney , someone that belived me , someone that could understand what i was going through , i started calling other attorneys and thats when i met Andrew Smallman, i set up an appointment to see him, after speaking with him i decided that he was the right one for the job, and i was right, HE WAS ALWAYS THERE when i needed him, always very punctual , well presented and the most important thing VERY HONEST , my case lasted about a year and a half , it was long and nerve wrecking i was facing up to 13 yrs in jail . We decided to go trial , the trial lasted a week and a half and at the end of it all i was found not guilty for any of the charges. im not writing this review because i feel obligated or because i was found not guilty, im writing this review because bad attorneys need to be reprehended and good ones like andrew needs to be reconized for their great work they do for society.
