Biography
In over 14 years of practice, Rachelle has established a reputation for taking her client’s fight to the defendant’s doorstep. She learned early that in order to get the best verdicts you have to be willing to go to trial and has never failed to fulfill that promise.
Rachelle started her career working for a prominent Insurance Defense firm where she gained experience defending insurance companies. This experience provided great insight for her later work representing Plaintiffs in personal injury cases which is the primary focus of her current practice.
Rachelle has extensive Personal Injury litigation and trial experience and has handled hundreds of cases, including automobile negligence, medical malpractice, slip and falls, cruise line accidents and product liability.
As a member of the American Justice Association, , the Florida Justice Association, the Dade County Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association, Rachelle is actively abreast of current legal reform and issues in our community. She has volunteered for a variety of community charities including Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Toys-for-Tots and St. Coleman’s Middle School.

Great Lawyer
