Robert M. Anselmo heads the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice. Robert has almost twenty years of experience in handling Workers’ Compensation claims. During his career, he has represented injured workers along with un-insured employers and insurance carriers. Robert’s experience on both sides of these claims has provided him with an extensive understanding of the Workers’ Compensation system, which he uses to assist his clients in understanding their rights under the complicated Workers’ Compensation statutes and prevailing in obtaining benefits for his clients.
