Over three years ago, I asked my Mortgage Company to modified my loan. The customer service agent told me that I have to missed three payment...s in order to have the loan modify. I keep calling and finally one of the service agent sent a package to be completed for the modification. I mailed and fax so many documents, did not get my loan modified, the Mortgage Company wanted to take my property. I couldn't continued to fight by myself I had to get a professional to help.
