In the area of Estate Planning Law, she counsels clients in preparing for expected and unforeseen life circumstances such as death and/or disability, and assists them with the necessary legal documents to ensure that her clients choices are honored in the most advantageous way provided by law.  We also provide clients with guidance on the proper funding of their trusts, and advise our clients on how to secure greater asset protection including through certain business entity formations such as LLCs.  With the correct estate planning documents in place and proper funding, the need for costly and time-consuming judicial proceedings, such as Probate and Guardianship, are often eliminated. Our estate plans are almost exclusively drafted on a fixed fee basis, however, in cases where Probate is required, we offer reasonable and competitive rates while representing our clients conscientiously and in the most diligent and efficient manner possible. In Family Law matters, we serve clients who would like to achieve a mutually satisfactory resolution of their issues; we believe that the best results are most often obtained as well as maintained, in cases where the parties negotiate their own terms - as opposed to court-imposed decisions.
