Mr. Sedikov is a good man... Was very professional and honest.. However he made a very serious error when he was handling my immigration case. While my petiton was pending, for close to 5 years I wanted to retain him to find out exactly what was going on... He advised me not to worry.. my status is ...pending, since my I-130 was already approved, i could get a divorce from my US citizen wife and in any event I could file under my parents who just became US Citizens... Sadly Mr. Sedikov thought I was under the age of 21 even though I had been to his office on many occasions.. Because I was over the age of 21 I was no longer considered a priority and was placed in a much longer line for a visa... When I went to the immigration office to find out what was going on with my pending adjustment of status, they denied my file because I was now divorced...

We hired Mr. Sedikov a couple of years ago. He was handling our immigration case. We paid him the entire amount, however, he did not complete our case. Now, we are working with another attorney and pay her over again. He only kept extending our case, but did not resolve it when the agreement between ...us stated otherwise.
