Mr. Sedikov is a good man... Was very professional and honest.. However he made a very serious error when he was handling my immigration case. While my petiton was pending, for close to 5 years I wanted to retain him to find out exactly what was going on... He advised me not to worry.. my status is ...pending, since my I-130 was already approved, i could get a divorce from my US citizen wife and in any event I could file under my parents who just became US Citizens...
