Mr. Sedikov is a good man... Was very professional and honest.. However he made a very serious error when he was handling my immigration case. While my petiton was pending, for close to 5 years I wanted to retain him to find out exactly what was going on... He advised me not to worry.. my status is ...pending, since my I-130 was already approved, i could get a divorce from my US citizen wife and in any event I could file under my parents who just became US Citizens... Sadly Mr. Sedikov thought I was under the age of 21 even though I had been to his office on many occasions.. Because I was over the age of 21 I was no longer considered a priority and was placed in a much longer line for a visa... When I went to the immigration office to find out what was going on with my pending adjustment of status, they denied my file because I was now divorced...
