Biography
I can be contacted at the e-mail and phone number above; I do not actively maintain a website, and maintain only a minimal Internet presence -- this is intentional. My practice is focused on commercial advice and disputes, particularly involving capital raising, venture formation, and executive employmet. I have a great deal of experience with fraud matters, particularly financial frauds such as Ponzi schemes and stock fraud, and helping victims of fraud schemes recover their losses. I'm familiar with the intimate details of the operation of the capital markets and investment management industry, and am trained as a financial analyst and fraud examiner. I also deal with some Internet matters, including advising entrpreneurs and venturers, and asissting clients with Internet-privacy-related matters.
Fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. I am usually in South Florida or Manhattan, but am "fully digital" -- I work from wherever I have electricity and Internet connectivity. I accept payment by card, check, paypal, and even Bitcoin.
