Andrew Metcalf and his team were not just knowledgeable and professional, they were a bright light in some of my darkest days. Andrew believed in me, he fought for me, and he won. Justice was served but this didn't happen overnight, 18 months later Andrew never once waivered or failed to me...et my needs or the needs of my family. If you want an attorney that treats you like family while offering clear communication, honesty and integrity, I highly recommend Andrew Metcalf.

Mr. Metcalf was the pinnacle of professionalism and genuine caring about the client. I was a mess and freaking out over my case and Mr. Metcalf calmed me down, walked me through exactly what was going to happen throughout my case and reassured me that everything would be okay. He then told me he woul...d do his absolute best to help me and of course he lived up to his word. I can’t speak enough on how amazing he is at not just being a lawyer (he’s obviously fantastic in that regard) but at making sure his clients feel that they are being heard and taken care of. He would work with me even when I would ask the same ridiculous questions over and over. Would never even consider getting another lawyer, if you are having any debates about which lawyer to contact, let that end here.

If I could give no stars, I would. If you want to save yourself financial hardship and being taken advantage of, I would recommend NOT Hiring Andy Metcalf. He took 10 grand for my husband‘s case then without any intentions on going to trial He decided he would be a good guy and take another 5 grand f...rom us Plus, had us pay 1 Grand for the transcripts that were useless. He claims he spent time on my husbands case but failed to do depositions on the victims and witness. He baited us along saying we had a good chance at trial that we needed to get transcripts and pay trial fee and then maybe I’d say 5 days before court he drops the ball and scares my husband into taking 5 years. I will never understand how these people sleep at night knowing they’re ruining peoples lives. If you ask this man for an itemized breakdown on the Time spent to the case and where your money was applied to he will threaten to drop your case. We paid thousands of dollars for a 5 year sentence. Not saying, my husband is a saint, but he definitely didn’t deserve this and every crime that he’s committed in the past he’s done the time for. Andy Metcalf did not fight for my husband nor did he do the amount of work on his case that he claims, When I asked him why he wouldn’t fight for my husband to be on probation and stay home and still be able to provide for our family. His response was he put in a stand your ground motion.. my husband has completely turned his life around. He deserved a chance. I highly recommend NOT using Andrew Metcalf. He will take your money and get you a prison sentence.

As soon as I hired Mr. Metcalf to represent me, I could tell that he was genuine and cared about helping me resolve my case. He always reassured me that I was a priority along with his other clients. Everyone who works in his office is kind and helpful. Andy always made time to meet with me or return... my phone calls/emails promptly if I had a concern regarding my case. I had met with other attorneys before hiring Andy, but as soon as I talked to him I knew he would have my best interest at heart, and I was absolutely right. Mr. Metcalf goes above and beyond for his clients and I would highly recommend him to anyone entering the legal system needing representation.
