I have to say that even BEFORE I even hired this gentleman, he was hired from his first return call back to me. Delivered from his also excellent answering service who obtained all details of my call. I received a call-back very promptly from Mr. Albert who had in that time looked up & into my case &... knew details & offered meawhat turned out to be a more than 30-min. free consultation. I made one more phone call to another lawyer but swiftly negated & called and hired Mr. Albert. His staff were all very nice, efficient, professional & always knowledgeable in my case and offered swift responses. A special recognition to his Paralegal Laurie who was always available and helpful. His representation of me in my 2nd DUI was all that I could ask for and he assured me of his & his office’ continued support after my final hearing as well! I was surprised to hear that, but knowing how well I myself & my case was handled, I was not. In that I worked in law myself, PI, I am fully aware that most lawyers, male or female, and their staff are very rarely as caring, swift and efficient as John Albert and his awesome staff! Hired Mr. Albert after he was unbelievably kind answering my initial questions for free. Most other lawyers were snarky and one even said I better beg the Judge or I'll be in jail for a year. I am smart enough to know the difference between lawyers who are out to scare you into fees, and others who a...re genuinely there to help you. All lawyers need to be paid and we know that. I like to give my money to a lawyer that you can feel comfortable with. Mr. Albert exceeded my expectations. I would give him over 5 stars if possible.
