Alan Harold Landman

Alan has represented me in three different separate matters. First - a family law issue wherein he secured everything I was owed and I couldn't have been happier with the representation. This involved little court time, however Alan cleared outclassed the opposing lawyer's competency which made i...t very easy to get what we wanted (equal timesharing, etc). Second - I was arrested unjustly for a protective injunction violation. Alan got this case dismissed quite easily. Third - Most recently, I had a traffic related misdemeanor charge and a careless driving charge. Alan was able to get both charges dismissed, at a reasonable price. Alan was NOT the cheapest choice for any of these cases. But for the quality of service he provided, the value was exceptional. You can either have a cheap lawyer, or a good lawyer - and you pay in the end either way. Whether you want to pay up front to prevent the fines and potential loss of income that will come from losing your case, or whether you want to cheap out and hire a second rate lawyer and deal with the ramifications - the choice, for me, was simple. Do what it takes to get the money for a good lawyer, whether you have to borrow or work extra to get it, because it pays off.

I recently used Alan for my divorce. He came highly recommended and exceeded all my expectations. His staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Alan was extremely accessible. Alan was referred through a friend. Glad we went with him. Dealing with needing an attorney for first time ever was stressful. He talked us through the process, kept us informed, communication and response time was execellent. The end result was better than we hoped for. He pretty much worked his mag...ic.

No legal proceeding is fun and can be frustrating to say the least, especially when you feel you have no control over the situation. Mr. Landman took over my divorce case after months of expense, no forward progress and an abundance of frustration. During our initial meeting he stated that he would ...be responsive, dedicated and work to move the process forward in my best interest, both fairly and ethically. He did exactly that. Before I left his office on our initial meeting he began working and communicating to all the parties. His reputation and experience among his peers and the community motivated everyone involved to act and communicate. Whenever I sent a communication I was amazed at the his responsiveness. My case has been resolved and although I still can not be say it was fun, I can honestly say it was much more bearable once Mr. Landman got involved and took control. I work with business attorneys on a daily basis in my profession and in my opinion selecting a personal attorney was a much more difficult process as I unfortunately found out.
