Alan Harold Landman

I could not be more pleased with the services provided by Alan Landman and his office. I was in the midst of a custody case when my son's mother declined down a path of substance abuse, homelessness, and jail. Alan Landman is a true master at his craft. Watching him defend my case in the courtroom gave me confidence and peace of mind. The same way a Jiu-Jitsu black belt controls their opponent physically Alan had complete control over all parties using his logic and reason. He is a master of the law and language. His questions were able to cut through lies like a samurai sword. He knew exactly when to apply pressure and how to structure his questions to reach conclusions. It was clear that he had a plan not only for his own witnesses but also for every objection and argument from the other side. He never hesitated. His approach was very methodical. I was 25 and facing false rape accusations related to a threesome I had over a year prior. The state attorney had already refused a criminal case, but this did not stop the petitioner from filing an injunction against me. Alan was able to not only prove that no rape occurred, but that consent had clearly been given. Everything was dismissed, and I felt like I could finally continue with my life again. Justice was served.

A legal matter developed while my husband in the hospital fighting Covid-19. We had a close friend recommend I call Mr. Landman.
