My daughter’s were 17 and 13 when their dad decided to file a lawsuit for 50/50. He didn’t want to pay the $403 child support he was paying since 2005. He started swing the kids every other weekend only. He still lived with his mother in his own room. My kids would stay in the room with him. They eac...h had a twin size bed.
