In 2005, I thought my life was over. Not only was I facing a divorce but a pending paternity case with my ex girlfriend. I... appreciate the time he took to explain everything about the cases including court procedures. Without the help of Mr. Hannan, I know that I would not have had such successful outcome. He was a constant calming and confident presence during a difficult and lengthy court proceeding that ultimately ruled in my favor. He looked out for our best interest resulting in joint custody, extremely reasonable child support, no alimony and retaining my marital home 100%. You’re making one of the biggest choices of your life and you’re here looking for proof that if you hire Robert Hannan, you will get what you want in your divorce settlement. Every family and divorce is different. My review cant promise that if you hire Robert you will have that result but I can writ...e the review I wish I had been able to read. Robert heard and validated the things that were most important to me. He was honest about my chances in being successful in getting those things and promised to advocate for them even though it would not be easy. AND he did! I didn’t get the parenting that I set out for BUT with Robert's skill set I was able to compromise on the next best parenting plan for my family and it is one that am very happy with. Robert advocated for the things that weren’t as important to me because HE knew they were important. He was able to compromise on a settlement that was beyond what I would have ever expected or asked for for myself. Without Robert, I would have sold myself very short. Robert truly was a sound voice of reason from beginning to end. When he tells you not to worry, it’s his job and he will take care of it, he will. He did not let anyone walk all over me, he advocated for what was fair. Robert will tell you from the beginning he doesn’t want you to go broke through this process, he’s was very conscientious about making this as affordable as possible. His goal from the beginning was to settle in mediation and we did. There are no winners in divorce and it’s really not a situation to gloat about but I walked away 10,000 percent confident that I made the right choice when I hired Robert and his firm (thank you Shelby and Sara for your hard work!) Being THAT confident in who you hire is what you want isn't it?

All i can say is hands down this guy is amazing. During my custody battle for my son this man was truly professional and also really supportive. His advice was always on point. I retained him at-least 8 times in the 6 years we fought for this custody. Honestly when i had no hope of keeping my son saf...e this man gave me the light at the end of the tunnel. When i was truly thinking I couldn't go through another day he delivered not once but every single time. Robert my son turned out to be a great young man i have you to thank for part of that.
