I sought out Mr. Hannan's representation initially to get back timesharing with my son. I had three attorneys drop me, or do half-ass work. My situation was that i was incarcerated for a dui with serious bodily injury (a felony), unable to afford representation for a hearing to be held while i was aw...ay, and foolishly (without knowing the actual definition) gave my ex parental responsibly.I had no idea that meant basically signing over my rights. I hired Robert back in 2009. I've been litigating and fighting a horrific custody battle since 2007. Robert was referred to me by another lawyer who was on my case.
