My daughter’s were 17 and 13 when their dad decided to file a lawsuit for 50/50. He didn’t want to pay the $403 child support he was paying since 2005. I have been dealing with a child support/ custody battle for 10 years now. In 2008, I was granted custody of my daughter by the court.
