He took on my case last minute, but that didn't stop him. He managed to get me a lifetime restraining order and has answered every one of my calls even in the middle of the night to help me through the restraining order, but also my custody case. He is the only lawyer to really listen to my concerns,... and has so much passion behind it he's not just all talk. He actually cares about his clients and will sit on the phone talking you through the emotion even when he's on vacation! I've retained him again for my custody case as I wouldn't trust anyone else and he's definitely one of the best if not the best. He really knows what he's talking about and puts his time into your case and prepping for it. I am just beginning a interstate, somewhat amicable divorce. I thought it would be pretty simple, as we have been separated 3 years already, living in different states and financially separate--except for the joint house. But since my soon-to-be-ex doesn't want it, I figured this should be easy... u...ntil I got the divorce petition from my husband's lawyer. What to do, what to do?
