OUTCOME: Affirmed

I represented the Mother who had won a 200% increase in child support. The Husband appealed the child support award. After oral argument, the Court of Appeals affirmed the Mother's child support.

OUTCOME: Reversed and Remanded

I represented the Former Husband in an action to terminate his alimony obligation, and who was also defending the former Wife's claim that he be held in contempt. The trial court denied the terminatio ... n, and held the former husband in contempt so we appealed. We were successful, and the Appeals court reversed and remanded on all issues.
