Hi my name is William and I hired Mrs. Wagner for two cases that I was arrested for in Brevard County, Fl. When I first came to her about my situation I was mainly concerned about a misdemeanor that would have caused a major issue in getting full custody of my 8 year old daughter. Well she did far m...ore than that to say the least. After a good 6 hours of heavy negotiations with the State Attorney she worked out a deal that had a much more positive outcome than I had been expecting. For starters the charge I was very concerned with was Nolle Prossed. Secondly she had one of my serious felony charges reduced to a misdemeanor and I recieved time served. Which was a huge relief considering the ramifications of said charge. Thirdly she worked diligently with the State so that I received time served on everything but a single charge. Amazing ! As well as the cost of supervision waived so that it would be easier for me to take care of the monetary costs that were imposed by the court. To top it all of the stipulations we asked for were granted by the court as well. She truly took the time and cared about my situation and what my daughter meant to me and didn't treat me like another number or paycheck like most lawyers do these days. Its good to know that there is good people out there that will fight for you and make sure that you are treated fairly in a court of law. Because that alone is a blessing these days when the odds are stacked against you and it's the entire system against you. You definitely need someone on your side that knows the law and the system other wise things will not work out they way you want them too. I cant be thankful for her enough and all the effort she put into my cases. And I truly mean that from my heart because I get to be home with my daughter which is my best friend on Earth.
