Great injury attorney in Melbourne

I can't say enough good things about this firm. I started my accident settlement with another firm and when they could not settle it they referred me to Gillin Gillin&Lindbaek. I decided to leave them and sign with Eric Gillen. Thing started moving forward soon after Eric took over my case. My case was difficult because of the type of accident and the injuries I received. Eric was able to settle thing in a great way and help both my family and me . Finally wrapping this case up makes me feel great, I wish I had gone with Eric from the beginning it would've saved me a lot of time and energy. I recommend them to anyone! Make them your FIRST call!

Would Highly Recommend

I was the victim of an car accident a week before I got married. Eric was friendly, helpful, and accommodating to my needs. He got me a settlement quickly and easily. He and his office took a lot of the stress out of a very stressful situation. I would definitely recommend him.

Great injury attorney in Melbourne

Had trouble with my auto insurance company after a collision when they tried to low ball and also tried to trick me regarding my coverage limits. I hired Eric and he took care of business for me. I highly recommend him for any injury claims.

Eric Gillin Recommendation

Mr. Gillin represented my daughter in a car accident case. Mr. Gillin was patient, professional and very thorough. He helped us understand the process every step of the way. The other driver's insurance company fought us on every issue. Eventually, Mr. Gillin got us a fair settlement. I believe it was Mr. Gillin's legal experience with the entire process that made the difference for us. If you're in a car accident and need sound legal counsel, I would highly recommend Eric Gillin. Helpful, Proffesional and Firm

Mr. Gillin has been there for me any time I needed to speak with him and told me to come in "any time" to talk about the case or any concerns I may have in the case. Eric was firm with the insurance companies and had my back! I recommend him highly for any Injury/Accident.

Eric stuck with me.

I was involved in a head on collision in Sept. of 2015, Progressive refused to accept the liability, although it was clearly their insured was at fault. After trying to deal with them for about 2 weeks, despite the fact I had 2 witnesses, and the other guy was sited for running the light, Progressive refused to budge. Eric was recommended to me, I called and set an appointment. It took over a year to settle, but Eric fought and got me a $50,000 settlement. Without him getting involved, I would have got nowhere with Progressive. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone needing an Attorney.
