HOA/ARC
Mr. Vidoni helped me get thru my HOA/ARC review board with a favorable result. He was professional, knowledgeable, used strong case law rulings to help support our position. At no point did I feel uncomfortable with his guidance, direction, or outcome.
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Vidoni is very knowledgable and I look forward to any chance I get to work with him."
"I highly endorse this lawyer. Nick is already very well known in the area as a tremendous legal researcher and an excellent advocate for his clients at trial. He is a pleasure to talk to regarding a whole host of legal topics."
"Mr. Vidoni is a knowledgeable and experienced attorney who achieves terrific results for his clients. He understands all facets of the litigation process. He is an aggressive litigator whose understanding of property law separates him from many of the attorneys handling cases in the foreclosure arena. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs to file a foreclosure lawsuit or to defend a foreclosure lawsuit."
"Nick is an outstanding young lawyer, with legal skill and knowledge well beyond his years. He has given me valuable insight on many occasions. I highly recommend Nick to any homeonwer or HOA seeking foreclosure advice."
"I endorse Attorney Vidoni. He is knowledgeable, persistent and very thorough in representing his clients. He is also cordial and friendly which often goes a long way in achieving client's goals."

Summary Judgment granted in favor of Defendant, dismissing the foreclosure case.
Obtained judgment on the pleadings, dismissing the foreclosure case.
Obtained summary judgment, dismissing the foreclosure case.
Despite opposition from the Second Mortgage, I obtained a surplus disbursement for a condo of $47,207.83 to cover about $26k owed in assessments, plus about $17k in interest and late fees, plus attorney's fees.
Defeated a bank's motion to vacate a foreclosure dismissal (they failed to attend a CMC), where it argued "excusable neglect." Another court's determination is needed to see if the statute of limitations will bar another foreclosure.
Represented HOA where the bank became fully liable for unpaid assessments after its foreclosure.
Homeowner called me after a foreclosure judgment had been entered. I preserved her homeownership during an appeal and negotiated a favorable settlement.
Client came to me shortly before a foreclosure sale. I successfully worked to get the foreclosure judgment vacated.
Client came after foreclosure judgment was entered on 4/09. Took the case pro-bono. All we wanted was a loan mod. The bank kept refusing. Client in possession until 6/12 and the bank incurred about $100k in attorney's fees.
Bank wanted a $500k foreclosure deficiency. They didn't get it. Then they wanted attorney's fees. They didn't get those either.
Pro-bono-eviction case. Negotiated a favorable settlement for the tenant.
