This lawyer is among the top three in Brevard. My wife had one of the other two. Complex divorces include financial issues, corporations, and children's issues. And alimony - it is just part of the fabric of our world. I agreed to alimony for a short time and that was best for me but Ken was prep...ared to defend against it and we probably would have won. My business continued uninterrupted and I have recovered from the emotional experience and the finances are getting back on track. Ken doesn't create extra work and he responds appropriately to the other side when they pull some shenanigans. I'm pleased with the representation and have recommended him to others which is the best compliment I can give. Hard working, no BS, knowledgeable, and solid in front of the judge. Five stars.

Ken is an excellent attorney IMHO. He is fair with fees and takes payment plans. He did in my case expect to have a retainer in place prior to beginning trial preparation. But after having my case with him for a year (divorce takes a long time in this county) I had made all my payments and had all... the retainer needed in place. No extra communications to him meant when he needed something his staff would email me and that equalled less of the lawyers time. And a great thing is too that the firm does not bill you for the time spent by the paralegals so if you call and get your information from them - you don't bother Ken or other lawyers and you don't have your retainer used. I don't get other people who say he's out for money - he isn't one of those lawyers that won't even talk to you on the phone without a payment. He consulted with me in person for almost an hour and did not charge me. When I came back to hire him it was quick and we got down to business preparing documents. I felt well represented and even though we didn't have many issues (with my ex wife) we did go to trial and Ken was prepared with his notes and cases and did a great job for me. I'm happy with the result and so far everything is much smoother with the kids and ex wife. He does a super job and I absolutely recommend him for anything you have in family law legal problems!

This lawyer is to be trusted and relied upon. He helped my family through a tough time when we needed to change the divorce documents. I recommend him. He'll listen and he will help you even though it took a long time to get a resolution in our case but the courts were so busy and he kept in touch... with us.

Mr. Rhoden was hired to handle the parenting or custody situation between myself and my ex-wife. He represented HER but I can't help but extend my recommendation for him and his work on our case. This is an attorney that will listen, then advise the client what the law is and what options are avai...lable. During the process there is a mediation and with his guidance we came to an agreement on all but a few issues and those were resolved within only a few weeks. My ex-wife was not exactly speaking highly of me and I believe that Mr. Rhoden and my own attorney worked together so well that they helped us see what was best for our children and what the law would assign to us if we could not agree outside of a trial.
