Biography
I have over 26 years of experience aggressively representing thousands of clients. I have tried hundred of cases including complex death penalty cases, first degree murders, capital sexual batteries, robbery, burglary, drug trafficking, kidnapping and many other felonies and misdemeanors, including DUI. I am also experienced in appeals and other post conviction work.
I have extensive experience in family law cases including sophisticated divorce trials and appeals.
I have lectured at Brevard Community College, The Florida Institute of Technology, the Law Enforcement Academy and divorce recovery. He is available to speak regarding constitutional, criminal and family law. I am a member of the Space Coast Tiger Bay Club, The Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Military Affairs Council.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida in 1983 from the Florida State College of Law in 1985. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986. I have been a Brevard County resident since 1975.

Great lawyer
My criminal case was complicated and it could have impacted my divorce. This lawyer disposed of the criminal part (it was a BS claim by wife) and my divorce is done. It was a blessing to have him handling things and I sure am glad I didn't have to do it alone. I will recommend to anyone.
