Kenneth Erwin Rhoden

I originally hired Mrs. Rhoden or actually my mother did and she prepared documents for mom. I met Bonnie when mom got sick and I had to work as power of attorney and then after mom died she helped me with the assets. Mr. Rhoden came in to the picture in the area of family law and I can't say enoug...h about how impressive he is - in court, out of court, anywhere. He is very experienced and I believe what I read that an experienced trial lawyer is necessary on family law cases. It does matter. The two of them work well together and it made things better and easier for me and my family.

This is an experienced attorney. His understanding of the intricacies of family law is unparalleled. His assistance in my situation turned what was contentious, frustrating and stressful for me into a controlled, progressive legal process. I suppose you can say he herded the cats but at the same t...ime weeded out the unnecessary issues from the important ones. He is focused and prepared for court wether a trial or just a basic hearing. I felt well represented and the outcome was fair as far as I am concerned - each side gave a little and now peace is back in my life.

Ken is an excellent attorney IMHO. He is fair with fees and takes payment plans. He did in my case expect to have a retainer in place prior to beginning trial preparation. But after having my case with him for a year (divorce takes a long time in this county) I had made all my payments and had all... the retainer needed in place. No extra communications to him meant when he needed something his staff would email me and that equalled less of the lawyers time. And a great thing is too that the firm does not bill you for the time spent by the paralegals so if you call and get your information from them - you don't bother Ken or other lawyers and you don't have your retainer used. I don't get other people who say he's out for money - he isn't one of those lawyers that won't even talk to you on the phone without a payment. He consulted with me in person for almost an hour and did not charge me. When I came back to hire him it was quick and we got down to business preparing documents. I felt well represented and even though we didn't have many issues (with my ex wife) we did go to trial and Ken was prepared with his notes and cases and did a great job for me. I'm happy with the result and so far everything is much smoother with the kids and ex wife. He does a super job and I absolutely recommend him for anything you have in family law legal problems!
