Justin R. Payne

I would consider Justin Payne family. I have been with him since January 2007. I hold a mortgage that had to go into foreclosure. I was at my wits end. He explained the situation telling me what we had to do and now I have my mind back. He also took over dealing with the mortgage to reduce my s...tress. He always kept me informed of the new changes that has taken place. I would recommend Justin to any of my friends and family. He is genuine attorney who shows compassion to his clients.

I loretta do not live in florida but owned a house there . Do to unfortunate circumstances I had to give up my home. Mr. Payne was sympathetic to my situation and helped me solve my problem. I foreclosed on my home which I loved! Mr. Payne along with his staff kept me updated throw my hardship and a...lways kept me positive. He is all of the above (trustworthy, knowledgeable etc..).

Over the years I have had numerous issues that required an attorney. I have had numerous attorney's handle those different case, many with negative results and In my opinion, more often those results were due to either the ineptness or lack of true concern for my welfare, the client who was paying th...e bill. Just negotiate it out or settle, that's good enough. Another thing I have learned in dealing with attorneys is that they will require payment whether they win or lose, so many have no real interest in the outcome, nor do they service the case from the clients view point or needs. Justin Payne is not that kind of attorney at all. He is a compassionate man who truly cares about his clients. He spends time with his clients, concerned about their plight and works diligently to provide the most favorable outcome he can. I know him personally and I can say with all honesty he treats clients as he wants to be treated, like a human being, with genuine concern and respect and the applied diligence he would provide his own family members. I have had Mr. Payne handle numerous cases for me since he has been in practice and he has always worked in my best interests, provided me excellent counseling and has been very fair, even personally reviewed his fees to make certain I was never over billed. As I said earlier I have had a number of other attorneys in my life, but now I will only have one, Mr. Payne, a man I know who cares about me as a person and a client. I must add one more thing because of the inability to answer the question below "What type of cases did this lawyer handle?" from the selections provided. Mr. Payne has handled many different cases for me, my will, trust, real estate, mediation, libel/slander, taxation issues, etc., and I can only make a single limiting choice from the drop down restricting me to one answer.
