Excellent elder attorney and staff!

Walked us through every step so far! He and staff have responded quickly and thoroughly throughout as needed. They informed all of the family members as needed and made everyone feel at ease! They definitely made a tough situation bearable.

A Dedicated and Tireless Advocate

My parents became clients of David Jacoby in 2010 after attending a seminar that he conducted. He took care of wills, trusts and Medicaid planning for them, among other things. Mr. Jacoby is knowledgeable and dedicated. He has always responded quickly to both emails and phone calls and goes beyond... the call of duty to assist in whatever way he can. He is a kind man who truly cares about his clients. My parents have been through some difficult circumstances and I don't know how we would have managed without David Jacoby's help and support. He is an excellent attorney and has become a trusted friend. We would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Excellent Service

I recently worked with David and his staff. Through their diligent work we were able to place my wife in long-term care where she peacefully spent the last 6 months of her life. Without their services we would not have been able to accomplish this feat. The team is extremely professional, caring a...bout all personal issues, and very supportive throughout the whole process. Their follow-up and continuing services have been very beneficial throughout the process. I thank them for their assistance and would gladly recommend them to others.

Fantastic Attorney, Staff, and Service

I was referred to Mr. Jacoby by Steve Houser, Financial Adviser to obtain Medicaid benefits for my mother. Jennifer was my caseworker who has been more than helpful and very patient through the Medicaid process. They were able to provide me answers as needed. Mr. Jacoby's staff have been very kin...d and helpful, I would definitely use them again.
