The absolute best!

If you need help with elder care, don't waste your time anywhere else. We suddenly found ourselves in a very desperate situation with our mom. The facility where she was sent to for rehab after a fall was horrible. She couldn't walk, and was not improving. Her physical therapy was completely inad...equate. They facility exhausted all of her Medicare days, and threatened to send her back to her independent living apartment without a care plan in place, and no regard for her well being. They wanted us to pay $6000.00 a month to place her in long term care, and insisted that her VA benefits would not cover her continued rehab. They were wrong, and refused to call the VA to find out. We realized that we needed help. We contacted one attorney who wanted $600.00 dollars to write an income only trust document. We had no idea what to do. We live in PA, and our 3 day visit had turned into 3 weeks of despair. This was one day before hurricane Irma hit! We found Mr. Jacoby and a few other attorneys on the internet and started making phone calls. He was the only one to call us back, and he met with us right away. It was the best thing we ever did. He completely understood what was going on, and exactly how to resolve our situation. We needed several document prepared to achieve the best outcome for our mom. His fee wasn't even close to what the other attorney wanted to charge us. It was more than fair, to the point where we thought that we might be getting scammed. But what else could we do? Mr. Jacoby and his staff are amazing, caring and compassionate people. They have kept their word at every step. If not for them, our mom probably would have died. But, in just a few days, our mom was in a facility where she received the best physical therapy and is now at a point where she can move to assisted living, She is now on Medicaid. There is no way that we could have achieved that on our own. The paperwork and documentation needed for Medicaid approval is unbelievable. We are eternally grateful to Mr. Jacoby and his staff. They have followed up on our mom's progress and continue to communicate with us. I would urge anyone who needs help or advise with elderly care to contact Mr. Jacoby.

Mr Jacoby was very Clear an detailed about the service he would provide for us and was exactly what we requested. We were assigned to his assistant Alexia who was a tremendous help she was always available to help us with questions she was very organized and did a through job for us. Elderly Care

Mr. Jacoby took his time (over 2 Hours) to cover every detail of my husbands challenges. He answered every question honestly and professionally. He put a complete program together for us to aid in getting my husband taken care of. His employees were and continue to be very caring and helpful. If poss...ible I would add a plus to the 5 stars.

Elderly care Professional treatment

I would like to start by saying several months ago I was in a hopeless situation with my step dad. The medical bills were pilling up and the bank account was running dry. It was then that I was referred to Mr. Jacoby and his law office for assistance. I knew that everything that needed to be done was... way beyond what I was capable of doing myself. I needed someone with experience and most of all a plan of execution to get our family to a point where we didn't go broke with the mounting medical expenses. No words can explain how satisfied our family is now or have been with the care and effort we have received form Mr. Jacoby and his hard working staff. I would highly recomend his law office over any other when it comes to the matters of elderly care.
