Mike Bross of Bross & Bross Law

I am Jules Lupowitz. In my 55 years I've had many lawyers. Some behaved with actions which may classify as professional control. Few behaved as I'd hoped of the issues, serious to me, which were always paid in high fees, in full and up front. Mike Bross is a relief by comparison. His demea...nor was as a classic professional; not of that autocratic, dictatorial or with any despotic regime. Bross protected me from traditional unfairness of our legal system which may usually hurt rather than aid the issues. Years ago, due to road construction a road block was placed in my Melbourne, Florida neighborhood. No detour sign forced all drivers to double back. We'd drive a few miles around by this UNMARKED detour, frustrated until we finally got into the habit of detouring before having to double back. Before developing this habit, many of us sped, usually a little over the 30 MPH limit of Henry st. Was it ironic that a new police station was constructed directly on that same block? Not sure. New little court room was there now also. Cops with radar traps on Henry St were positioned there like hunters shooting mice in a maze. Police had a heyday as I submitted these facts to https://disqus.com/home/channel/ethics/topics/are-traffic-citations-fair/ to publish these unconscionable citations of Melbourne Traffic Police. Its hilarious how over 95% of replies called me wrong, disrespectful, criminal, like I should be locked up. In Melbourne, Florida, the Police department habitually give out traffic citations to locals in trapped areas. Down Henry St and Wingate Blvd they gave another citation that I was not guilty of. That speed / 42 in a 30 MPH? It was dismissed. Why? Because I hadn't crossed the 30 MPH sign, I was slowing down. Correct, I was innocent. Verify this FACT: There wasn't a murder in that area off or near Wingate Blvd, Melbourne, Fl since 1971. I needed to get to my office that day. I was also under serious personal stress unrelated to our meaningless speed traps. Quite distressed I called 911 with a phony (silly) shooting story. Yes, I was stressed; irrational I suppose. So my apparently simple, rebellious but downright dumb reaction that summer was dealt with by our police. In actions more complex than this post has space for; the police investigating me couldn't prove anything or arrest me. So they held me (which created Mike Bross's defense) unfairly, for a long, long time... In handcuffs in a hot patrol car locked in back. It wore me down. I had no experience here. Knowing of my need to just get on with my day, they made me a deal: If I admit it they'll let me go; with no promise that the DA later won't throw it out.... I figured I'll deal with it later, pay an attorney if necessary; I already knew Bross was likely the best. Mike Bross is the kind of legal professional that reads through our unscrupulous, quite useless legal system. He worked FOR me; not once dictating TO me, as I gladly paid him. He was worth every dime. Why? BC Jules Lupowitz was, always will be Innocent. Thank you Mr. Bross! BTW not one citizen of all I talk with in my area can see any difference due to that "construction" which blocked that road, Hollywood Ave, at all. Ironically in this few months just as that new court & police dept was built. The original police dept still happens to be across the street on Wickham Rd. Its a bigger building that seems usually, empty.
