Biography
Trenton Swan is an experienced litigator and personal injury lawyer at Todd Miner Law. He has had the pleasure to represent and protect the legal rights of clients throughout the state of Florida. Trenton’s practice focuses on catastrophic and personal injury, vehicular negligence, and premises liability. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and was a member of the law school’s moot court team. As an undergraduate, Trenton majored in Finance and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Before he began exclusively representing personal injury victims, Trenton represented businesses and insurance companies across the state of Florida with a focus in personal injury litigation, premises liability actions, and bad faith insurance litigation. Trenton’s previous work as a defense attorney representing insurance companies has given him insight on how insurance companies value cases and defend lawsuits. Mr. Swan now uses that insight to help clients recover the full and just value for their injuries.
Trenton is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
