Application granted! We were able to show that his spouse would suffer extreme hardship if he was not allowed to remain in the U.S.
We succeeded at trial. The court agreed that the child should remain with Father. Mother was given every other weekend time sharing. Mother was also ordered to pay support. Our Motion to Dismiss her contempt action was also granted.
Motion Granted! Mother had to return with the child to Florida and Father and child were reunited. Child now lives primarily with Father.
