She is a former Assistant Public Defender with the Ninth Circuit in Orlando, Florida, and is also a former Assistant State Attorney for the Eighteenth Circuit where she has handled numerous misdemeanor, traffic and felony cases. She has also briefly served as a State of Florida dependency attorney representing parents of children taken by the Department of Children and Families.
Miss Hall has worked extensively in civil and criminal litigation. She has tried numerous criminal and family law cases and has even argued before the Fifth District Court of Appeal. Her family law experience includes, but is not limited to, divorces, custody, support and visitation. As an immigrant herself, Miss Hall appreciates the legal challenges to immigration. She has assisted immigrants in need of post conviction assistance for criminal convictions and has also worked on other immigration matters such as visas and permanent residency.

Application granted! We were able to show that his spouse would suffer extreme hardship if he was not allowed to remain in the U.S.
We succeeded at trial. The court agreed that the child should remain with Father. Mother was given every other weekend time sharing. Mother was also ordered to pay support. Our Motion to Dismiss her contempt action was also granted.
Motion Granted! Mother had to return with the child to Florida and Father and child were reunited. Child now lives primarily with Father.
