Biography
I am Zarina Hernandez, founder of Z. Hernandez Law where we focus on helping clients with criminal defense and bankruptcy cases. My approach to helping clients undergoing tough situations is centered around having open communication, understanding each client's unique circumstances, and tirelessly pursuing the most favorable outcome for their cases. I believe that every client deserves personal attention, a strong advocate, and a guiding hand during the legal process.
I graduated Cum Laude with a high-honors certificate in Trial Advocacy from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Over the years, I have represented clients facing various criminal charges some of which included DUI, dealing in stolen property, drug trafficking, aggravated assault and battery. I have also helped clients facing insurmountable financial difficulties get their debts discharged. I speak, read, and write in Spanish, too.
Outside of the office, I believe in giving back to the community. I am the Board Member at Large for the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida and a member of the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association. Both organizations fundraise, provide mentorship, and hold legal rights education events for the Central Florida community.
