I hired this woman for my first time felony criminal charge (domestic dispute between my then husband and his mistress). I was told by her I had accept a plea deal by the state or face prison time on my first offense. I still to this day have never seen the evidence in my case. I asked to speak to he...r boss and after multiple times I was never allowed to. Im not a convicted felon until I am buried and cant even seal my charges. Please dont be like me

I recently reached out to Attorney Melissa Pendergrass about my current legal situation and after speaking with me she explained she was no longer focused on the type of representation I was requiring. She was extremely knowledgeable about my legal problem but felt I was better suited for another ...attorney! I felt a review was the least I could do seeing as she took the time to hear me out for free and refer me to another attorney she felt was best suited for my situation. It's difficult to find someone who will put your best interest in front of there financial gain and for this reason alone i felt she showed her true character that my outcome meant more than her bottom line!
