Jared Anthony Mangum

Jared Mangum has been practicing law since 2015. He is licensed in both Virginia and Florida and currently lives and works in the Orlando Florida area. He focuses his practice on corporate and business law, estate planning, and methods to prevent or protect from litigation for his business clients. With a background in accounting, tax collection, bankruptcy, and commercial matters, Jared routinely counsels clients in business matters including, contract drafting and negotiations, legal business operations, and general civil litigation. Jared has also assisted both purchasers and sellers in asset and stock acquisitions. Not only does Jared work with businesses from formation to close, and handles the legal issues in-between, but he also regularly helps his individual clients with estate planning and asset protection.

Mr. Mangum earned his JD from University of Richmond School of Law with a business law concentration. He was an editor on the Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business. He also served as President of the Mediation Society, and co-founded the Richmond Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Society which promotes practicing law with fairness and virtue founded upon the rule of law.

Before Law School, Jared graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Economics from Brigham Young University Idaho where he was Student Body President. After graduating law school, Jared practiced law in the Eastern District of Virginia for several years before relocating to Florida to be closer to family. Mr. Mangum is a member of both the Florida and Virginia State Bars and is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Florida and the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is married to Pamela Mangum and they are the proud parents of six children.
