Would not recommend this lawyer. He made me extremely uncomfortable on multiple occasions and failed to advocate for me in court, leaving me to handle everything despite knowing I was dealing with a very high-conflict person. He also arranged an appointment on a Sunday and came to my home to discuss ...matters, which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. My case was in 2024.

I hired Tim for a Civil Injunction case against me where I had given him enough Evidence which he did not submit before the case and also he did not prepare with me before the case with me and had asked me if the witnesses can come the very night before the case. Poor communication skills as well. He...’s had multiple complaints as of July that I see as well. I used him because he was recommended to me by word of mouth only to realize later he’s had a few reprimands and he’s also been reported to the Bar Association as well, which I will be filing a formal complaint as well. After the review of another lawyer that I had to check audio in my case he didn’t object when he should’ve and I really his performance was lass than Average. Very Poor Performance and I wouldn't recommend him to my worse enemy. I’m not just upset because the outcome wasn’t favorable, but he had plants my evidence to use to his advantage which he failed to do and also he didn’t submit the evidence he had when he was supposed to and he didn’t cross exe well to challenge or object when he should have leading to my case even being in Appealable. I do not recommend him to anyone at all.
