I have the worst experience with doing business with the Sekou clarke law group. I retained the company to fill for my mother however I received a consultation with Mr. Clarke himself i was referred to the company i received a loan from BYD cash in the amount of $4500 and it was sent over to the offi...ce. I didn't receive a lawyer to start the case waiting for over two weeks for someone to contact me to start the process i called the office receive voicemail no one to speak to about the process so I did a little investigation myself and found out I wasn't able to put in a waver for my mother so I contacted the office still no one to speak with I called a friend and ask her to call then someone answered explaining my situation to the person in the midst of it i got cut off so we called back no one answered got voicemail then I decided to send email no one answered my emails either I reach out to BYD cash to see what could be done on there end they told me it was out of there hands a few days I tried back calling then I got someone to speak to I told her my situation and be frustrated with the communication and service with the office and she told me she would put in for a refund this was in September 2024 going back and forth with the office for a refund now we're in January 2025 and am not able to receive a refund and the company I got the loan from is taking money out my account every month for the loan when I never received service this is so not fair the lady from BYD send me email that she reach out to the office and she still didn't get any where with them on getting the refund. I would not recommend this office they are lack in there service and communication i am so disappointed I was supporting them because they're my country people but I hate do business with Jamaicans they only abuse you in the process of you trying to support them.
