Shon represented me on an infraction hearing today. I have never been a "defendant" in the criminal justice system and was scared to death. We went to court on an accid...ent with injuries case in front of a judge as opposed to a hearing officer. Shon was magnificent in his questioning of witnesses, leading me through my testimony and arguing before the court. End result? Not Guilty! I was referred to Shon by a buddy of mine for a DUI. With positive results from his case and Shons expertice and professionalism from the consultation I knew right then and there he was the man for the job. I had hired Mr. Douctre for a more complexed DUI case that involved an HTO as well. He gave me the sense of security and hope during the 8 month process that anyone needs in the circumstances I was in. I was facing a 6 month jail sentence for the HTO alone with a state prosecutor that would not bud...ge on this sentencing. Mr. Douctre is a genuine attorney who is not in it for the money but is there as your support system and has your true best interest for yourself and your family at heart.
